About the role

Role Overview

The Human Resources Operations Manager provides general HR support, guidance, and subject matter expertise to the company, with a focus on key employment events such as hires, changes, and departures. The role ensures employees and managers have the right support and resources from the HR department and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support HR employment lifecycle events (e.g., hires, changes, departures)
  • Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to employees and managers
  • Ensure appropriate HR resources and support are available to internal stakeholders and external partners

What We Look For

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5–8 years of HR experience required
  • Prior experience and knowledge of payroll and HRIS systems required (Workday and ADP preferred)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to handle ambiguous/evolving situations and maintain highly confidential information
  • Strong written and verbal communication and consultation skills
  • Ability to influence without authority and solve problems effectively in unclear or difficult situations

Nice to Have / Preferred

  • Experience with Workday (WorkDay) and ADP
