Human Resources Manager

Role Overview

The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR processes and policies for a growing, innovation-focused organization. This is a part-time remote role supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance processes, workforce planning, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding activities
• Coordinate performance and feedback processes
• Support leadership with workforce planning
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal guidelines
• Refine HR procedures and policy documentation
• Advise on employee relations matters and help resolve issues
• Contribute to training and development initiatives for distributed teams
• Help shape and reinforce a positive, inclusive culture aligned to company values

Requirements

• Proven experience in core HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations
• Knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and policy development for remote/flexible workforces
• Skills in performance management, feedback processes, and workforce planning
• Ability to design/support training and development and culture initiatives
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience supporting small, high-growth, innovation-driven organizations (beneficial)
• Proficiency with HRIS and HR-related tools and remote collaboration platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business Administration or equivalent experience
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
