Human Resources Manager

Role overview

Aleto is seeking a proactive, highly organized Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. The role focuses on employee relations, leadership coaching, compliance, and operational effectiveness in a fast-paced, contracting environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters (workplace concerns, performance issues, policy interpretation, conflict resolution)
• Advise managers on performance, corrective actions, and terminations in alignment with company policy and legal standards
• Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to managers on employee engagement, communication, and people management practices
• Support leadership and participate in HR initiatives aligned to business needs (daily HR partnership with collaboration on strategic initiatives)

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Internal background check required
