About the role

Role Overview

Human Resources Business Partner Manager (remote) partnering with manufacturing and operations leaders across multiple U.S. locations. You will serve as a strategic HR advisor to improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted HR advisor aligning HR strategy with operational priorities for multiple sites
  • Develop and execute people strategies supporting business objectives (organizational development, workforce planning)
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, succession planning, and change management
  • Partner with HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, etc.) to deliver a consistent employee lifecycle experience
  • Analyze workforce trends, HR metrics, and business data to recommend solutions
  • Participate in business reviews, operational planning, and leadership discussions
  • Manage complex employee relations: investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Coach managers and leaders on employee policies, engagement strategies, leadership practices, and employment decisions
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations
  • Reduce organizational risk through proactive employee relations guidance, documentation, and policy implementation

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • 3+ years supporting manufacturing/industrial/operations/distribution environments
  • Proven experience managing complex employee relations investigations and workplace issues
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and HR best practices
  • Ability to coach frontline managers through senior leadership teams
  • Experience with organizational change, workforce planning, and leadership development
  • Ability to support multiple locations and priorities in a remote environment
  • Strong analytical, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG or Workday (or similar)
