Human Resources Business Partner

Role Overview

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serving the USA (EDT or CST time zones). Reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources, you will act as a trusted HR partner for the National Services Organization (NSO) and a multi-site network of independent physician practices.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & HR Partnership

• Serve as primary HR partner to assigned business leaders, physicians, and practice administrators.
• Provide practical guidance on employee relations, performance management, policies, and HR best practices.
• Lead employee relations cases from intake to resolution, including workplace investigations, documentation, and corrective action recommendations.
• Coach leaders through difficult conversations, performance concerns, conflict resolution, engagement, and policy interpretation.
• Identify employee relations trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve retention and workplace culture.
• Build trusted relationships across multiple locations while supporting each independent practice’s unique culture.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies for clinical, administrative, and corporate roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and hiring.
• Collaborate to improve candidate experience and reduce time-to-fill.
• Support onboarding to ensure employees integrate into both the organization and their practice culture.
• Assist leadership with workforce planning for growth, expansion, and acquisitions.

HR Operations & Organizational Support

• Provide day-to-day HR support to assigned practices and NSO leaders.
• Support organizational growth initiatives, including onboarding new practices and HR integration.

Requirements

• HRBP experience supporting healthcare organizations and/or multi-site environments.
• Strong employee relations background, including investigations and performance management support.
• Experience with full-cycle talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Excellent relationship-building skills and strong business judgment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
