About the role

Role Overview

As an HR Services Coordinator in the HR Shared Services Team, you provide first-line support and handle day-to-day HR administrative activities. You will respond to employee enquiries and leadership requests, supporting HR operations and onboarding across the US.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to HR teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic personnel files and documentation in line with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and HR Centres of Expertise to support the HR Target Operating Model.
  • Support onboarding:
    • Prepare contracts/offer letters and new joiner documentation
    • Coordinate background screening and country-specific onboarding processes
    • Prepare new hire orientation/onboarding activities
  • Coordinate mandatory training assignment and follow-up via the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Provide first-line support and escalate issues for HR systems.
  • Process employee record changes in the HRIS (new joiners, job changes, and leavers).
  • Prepare employee change and termination paperwork, notifications, and change forms.
  • Answer employee FAQs related to HR processes and handle HR department requests.
  • Stay current with global HR practices.
  • Support HR projects as needed (e.g., HR data audits, new policy/program development).

Requirements

  • Self-directed with initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to listen, prioritize, and deliver accurate and speedy results.
  • Practical judgment and sensitivity to changing needs.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience using HR & Payroll platforms.
  • Initial experience gained within an HR department.
  • Experience providing system support to users.
  • Proven ability to create management information for the business.

Nice to Have

  • Involvement in system development or enhancement.
