Human Resource Manager

Role Overview

The Human Resources Manager is a key HR leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the company’s HR strategies. You’ll partner with executive leadership and department heads to align HR processes with business goals while improving employee experience and workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned to organizational objectives
• Oversee recruiting and onboarding to attract and retain top talent
• Manage employee relations and support conflict resolution
• Design and administer performance management systems
• Administer compensation and benefits programs
• Ensure HR compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
• Lead culture initiatives, training and development programs, and change management support
• Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and provide strategic insights to leadership
• Build cross-department relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with managerial responsibilities
• Strong expertise in:

• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and ability to influence across the organization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools
