Human Resource Manager

Role Overview

The Human Resources Manager will shape the company’s human capital strategy through both strategic and operational HR leadership. The role supports executive leadership and department managers with guidance on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation to ensure a strong candidate experience
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and promoting a positive culture
• Administer compensation and benefits while ensuring competitiveness and legal compliance
• Ensure adherence to employment laws and maintain accurate HR records for audits and reporting
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives
• Lead and mentor HR team members, supporting professional development and continuous improvement
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
• Implement performance management (goal setting, evaluations, feedback)
• Manage HRIS systems and use data analytics to improve HR processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–7+ years of experience in a senior HR role in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance standards, and talent management best practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with diverse teams and building inclusive workplace cultures

Preferred

• Master’s degree and/or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
