Role Overview

Contract HR Recruiter (Remote) The client is seeking a driven recruiting professional to support talent acquisition in a fast-paced environment by managing full-cycle recruiting and improving the candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, job requirements, and qualifications
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process
• Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate documentation
• Develop and post job advertisements across relevant channels
• Support offer coordination, onboarding, and other recruitment-related activities
• Contribute to improving recruiting processes and overall candidate experience

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting and high-volume hiring (preferred)
• Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across multiple functional areas
• Knowledge of employment practices and hiring compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
