HR & People Operations Manager

Role Overview

HR & People Operations Manager at Meridian Partners (Full-time, salaried). This is a hands-on, individual contributor role helping build scalable people processes for a fully remote organization.

Key Responsibilities

People Operations & HR Relations

• Own day-to-day HR support, including employee relations triage, policy interpretation, and manager guidance.
• Partner with the PEO for HR compliance, payroll processing, and benefits / 401(k) program administration.
• Support managers with employee coaching, documentation, performance conversations, and HR best practices.
• Build and continuously improve scalable HR processes for a growing remote workforce.
• Partner with leadership to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.

Onboarding & New Employee Orientation

• Manage onboarding from offer acceptance through successful integration (including pre-day-one readiness, technology setup, and coordination with Recruiting/IT/business leaders).
• Run structured 30/60/90-day employee and manager check-ins.
• Continuously refine onboarding and orientation based on feedback and business needs.

Employee Engagement & Culture

• Create recurring engagement surveys and eNPS to measure employee engagement.
• Use insights to help shape employee experience and culture in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Able to travel domestically occasionally.
