HR Manager

Role Overview

As the HR Manager, you will lead and support all key Human Resources functions. You’ll act as a strategic and operational advisor to executive leadership and department managers, aligning people-centered HR strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned to organizational goals and workplace culture.
• Lead talent acquisition: workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations: address issues, mediate conflicts, and promote open communication and trust.
• Design and run performance management: goal setting, evaluations, and employee development plans.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and maintained for legal/organizational compliance.
• Partner with leadership to identify training needs and enable professional development.
• Monitor HR metrics and recommend improvements to HR programs.
• Support organizational change initiatives and ensure smooth transitions.
• Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated leadership.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving ability, and a results-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree and/or HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or PHR.
• Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and other HR software tools.
