Role Overview

HR Manager (m/w/d), fixed-term for 1.5 years You act as a trusted sparring partner for leadership and support HR strategy and day-to-day people topics across the full employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support executives on strategic and operational HR questions
• Manage employees throughout the full Employee Life Cycle
• Design and actively support organizational development and change processes to keep the organization future-ready
• Support the recruiting process (from workforce planning to candidate selection and onboarding)
• Contribute to payroll and help ensure smooth HR/payroll processing with relevant interfaces
• Own HR budget planning, steering, and monitoring
• Support workforce/economic HR analyses and administrative HR processes
• Lead HR projects and bring ideas to continuously optimize and improve HR work and the business

Requirements

• Completed degree in Human Resource Management (or equivalent qualification) with additional training
• Solid experience in a comparable HR role, including supporting employees and managers
• Broad expertise in individual and collective labor law
• Strong communication and consulting skills; initiative and diplomatic approach
• Very good self-management and high service orientation
• Ability to motivate and drive change while considering emotional aspects (“from heart-to-heart”)
• Strong organization and flexibility; strong interest in sustainability
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
