OPSWAT is also the kind of place where opportunities tend to find the people willing to take them on. Things move fast, there’s always something new to figure out, and you get a lot of space to make an impact. For me, HR works best when it can move at the pace of the business — close enough to understand what’s really going on and quick enough to make a difference. I don’t see that as a formula, though.
