Role Overview

Account Executive / B2B Sales Specialist (High-Ticket Financial Sales) with a path to Team Lead. This is a 100% commission role with global remote flexibility and an accelerated leadership track for top performers.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume B2B outbound campaigns (Monday–Friday) targeting business owners and C-suite executives.
  • Manage high-ticket sales cycles from first contact through close, using an authoritative and consultative approach.
  • Track and improve performance; adapt quickly to feedback to drive revenue.
  • After consistently hitting benchmarks, transition into leadership to recruit, train, and scale a regional team (“Pod”).
  • Earn direct overrides on transactions closed by your team.

Requirements

  • Fluency in professional business English with strong, persuasive communication.
  • Elite execution mindset: persistent follow-through, high energy, and resilience to rejection.
  • Experience thriving in high-volume outbound dialing environments.
  • Proven experience closing high-ticket deals in B2B and/or financial services (highly preferred).

  • Demonstrated track record of high-ticket closing with measurable results.
