About the role

Role Overview

Uptalent.io is seeking a High-End Hotel Interior Design Specialist (Revit Documentation) to help create luxury interior designs for hotels and resorts. The role focuses on producing detailed Revit/BIM documentation and supporting implementation to maintain high-end quality.

Responsibilities

Create detailed design drawings in Revit, including:
- Floor plans, elevations, sections
- Millwork details for high-end hotel design projects
Produce comprehensive Revit design documentation (specifications and schedules) for all project phases: SD, DD, CD
Create and develop Revit Families
Oversee/coordinate implementation to ensure the design meets quality and luxury standards

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
Proven experience in high-end hotel interior design projects
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories for high-end hospitality
Proficiency with Revit and other design tools such as BIM 360, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to present a comprehensive portfolio of hotel design projects
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple projects
Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional quality
English fluency required
