Role Overview

Principal Product Manager — Agent Marketplace (B2B App Store background required) at BMC Helix. You will own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for an expert-contributor product ecosystem—a dynamic, multi-sided marketplace for agentic AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap for marketplace health, scalability, and value creation.
• Lead product strategy for a multi-sided marketplace, balancing supply and demand and improving operational efficiency and user outcomes.
• Build and optimize marketplace features using structured experimentation to improve:
  • matching efficiency, fulfillment quality
  • conversion, retention, and unit economics
• Use data to understand contributor and customer behavior and refine:
  • pricing and incentives
  • quality frameworks and engagement mechanisms
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, R&D, Support, and GTM to improve marketplace dynamics and align decisions to business goals.
• Define, monitor, and act on marketplace KPIs to guide prioritization, diagnose friction, and find growth opportunities.
• Ensure scalable, reliable systems, workflows, and product experiences as volume and complexity increase.
• Drive UX excellence across both marketplace sides to ensure intuitive, trustworthy, high-performing interactions.
• Influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional leaders on strategy, trade-offs, and execution.

Requirements

• B2B App Store / marketplace product management background required (explicitly stated).
