Role Overview

Equiliem is hiring an experienced Healthcare Recruiter (fully remote) for its healthcare staffing practice. You will recruit healthcare professionals in a fast-paced staffing environment and manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through placement.

Responsibilities

• Healthcare Recruiting & Talent Delivery
  • Source, screen, qualify, and recruit healthcare professionals based on client requirements
  • Evaluate clinical experience, credentials, certifications, licensure, availability, and compensation fit
  • Manage multiple healthcare requisitions and deliver submissions quickly and accurately
  • Partner with Account Managers to understand client needs and fulfillment strategies
• Healthcare Pipeline Development
  • Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and high-demand healthcare roles
  • Source via job boards, resume databases, referrals, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach
  • Re-engage past candidates and grow long-term healthcare talent networks
  • Monitor healthcare labor market conditions, compensation trends, licensure requirements, and candidate availability
• Candidate Screening & Management
  • Conduct structured phone and video interviews
  • Assess clinical background, credentials, goals, availability, compensation expectations, and location preferences
  • Discuss and negotiate compensation and employment terms
  • Maintain candidate engagement throughout outreach, interview, offer, and acceptance
• Healthcare Staffing Operations
  • Maintain accurate candidate documentation in the ATS
  • Track recruiting activity, submissions, interviews, offers, and placements
  • Follow client-specific processes and requirements (including MSP/VMS when applicable)
  • Stay organized and manage urgency across open requisitions

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience in a staffing agency/healthcare staffing firm
• Prior healthcare staffing/recruiting experience required (non-healthcare-only recruiting experience is not a fit)
• Experience recruiting for hospitals, health systems, and/or clinical facilities/healthcare clients
• Experience managing high-volume requisitions and candidate pipelines
• Strong understanding of healthcare screening: clinical experience, credentials, certifications, and/or licensure
• Proven sourcing experience (job boards, databases, referrals, LinkedIn, direct outreach)
• Experience managing candidates across the full recruiting lifecycle
• Strong ATS and candidate tracking experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong organization, follow-through, and urgency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in an MSP/VMS environment
