Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Selenium automation frameworks
• Create and execute automated test scripts
• Perform Functional, Regression, Smoke, and Integration testing
• Automate API test cases
• Validate backend data using SQL
• Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Analyze defects and work with developers to resolve issues
• Maintain automation suites and improve overall test coverage
• Prepare QA status reports and testing metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years in Software QA Automation
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
• Proficiency in Java or C#
• Experience with TestNG or JUnit
• Experience with Maven or Gradle
• Strong SQL skills for backend database validation
• API testing experience using Postman, Rest Assured, or SOAP UI
• Experience with Git
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Healthcare Domain Requirements / Preferences

• Experience testing healthcare applications (EHR/EMR)
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
• Preferred familiarity with HL7, FHIR, X12, and healthcare claims processing
• Preferred experience in payer or provider healthcare environments
