Healthcare Infrastructure Project Manager

Role overview

Lead infrastructure project workstreams for a large-scale Epic implementation in a healthcare environment. You will coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of the technical infrastructure needed to support Epic go-live, partnering with infrastructure, security, networking, desktop/support, application, and Epic teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Epic infrastructure workstreams for large-scale system deployments
• Coordinate across server, network, desktop/support, security, and application teams to meet technical milestones
• Ensure infrastructure readiness requirements are met ahead of integrated testing, training, and go-live
• Own complex project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional deliverables
• Coordinate client-side efforts including:
  • Windows 11 upgrades
  • Application updates
  • Stakeholder sign-off
  • Printer infrastructure transition (Ricoh to HP)
• Support end-user device strategy and data center coordination
• Manage identity/access dependencies required for Epic integration
• Assist with hardware power assessments and consolidation of Citrix VDI into a standardized Workspace environment
• Drive alignment with technical teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-visibility setting

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on Epic implementations
• Strong experience managing infrastructure workstreams for large-scale system deployments
• Strong understanding of infrastructure readiness requirements for Epic go-live support
• Experience coordinating server, network, desktop/support, security, and application teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to lead in complex, high-visibility environments

Nice-to-haves (implied by duties)

• Experience with Citrix VDI consolidation and standardized Workspace environments
• Experience with hardware power assessments and data center coordination
