Head of Website Growth

Role Overview

Join ClickHouse as Head of Website Growth. You will own clickhouse.com as a marketing channel, driving trial signups and overall pipeline growth. This role covers web strategy, experimentation, customer journeys, and site architecture—while also leading the web team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the website growth strategy, including experimentation, journeys, and site architecture to maximize conversions.
• Lead a web experimentation program and maintain an A/B testing roadmap for key pages.
• Partner with the web engineering team to optimize the CMS and website architecture (including a landing page system).
• Optimize conversion performance via data-driven learning from experiments.
• Ensure web privacy compliance.
• Lead the web team and collaborate across stakeholders to drive execution and alignment.

Requirements

• People management experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to improve web signups and conversion rates through experimentation.
• Ability to design valid tests and act on results.
• Deep experience with web analytics (e.g., GA4, Amplitude) plus tag management and session replay tools; working knowledge of attribution.
• Familiarity with technical SEO and AEO.
• Hands-on experience with modern CMS platforms (ClickHouse uses Strapi), including comfort building/publishing pages.
• Comfortable working with HTML/CSS and using AI development tools without becoming blocked on engineering.
• 7+ years in web or growth marketing at a company with a PLG (product-led growth) funnel.
• Strong stakeholder management and project/program management skills.

• Strong collaboration style with experience writing briefs that reduce revision cycles and align Design, Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
