About the role

Role Overview

As Head of Talent / Talent Specialist at Iliad, you will build the hiring infrastructure and processes needed to scale recruiting, while partnering closely with hiring managers and proactively sourcing candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop infrastructure and processes to improve Iliad’s hiring process as the organization scales
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to design roles and assessment criteria
  • Source candidates proactively and manage the candidate experience

Requirements / What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to represent Iliad’s mission compellingly to candidates
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and making sound judgments with incomplete information
  • Ability to work effectively with distributed teams and in a remote setting
  • Willingness to travel frequently to events in the US and UK
  • Genuine interest in AI alignment (a plus)
  • Recruiting experience is a strong plus (not strictly required)
