About the role
Role Overview
Lead the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) function at Yousign (soon-to-be YoutRUST). In a leadership capacity, you will guide a mature team through a critical infrastructure migration and help shape the future Platform organization.
Key Missions
- Lead, inspire, and grow a team of 6 SREs with diverse profiles; define a unified SRE vision while supporting individual career development.
- Drive infrastructure migration completion:
- Target 90% decommissioning by H1 2026
- Target 100% decommissioning by EOY 2026
- Define the post-migration strategy.
- Ensure availability, performance, and security for the B2B Trust platform.
- Own incident management and act as a credible spokesperson during crises.
Requirements
- Proven SRE/operations leadership experience managing reliability, performance, and security for production platforms.
- Ability to lead incident response and communicate effectively in high-pressure situations.
- Track record of driving infrastructure migrations and defining post-migration operating models.
- Experience managing and mentoring SRE teams (people management required).
