About the role

Join Zerohash, a leading digital asset infrastructure provider, as the Head of Product Design. In this leadership role, you will shape the user experience of our core products, build and mentor a high-performing design team, and advocate for good design within the organization. You will have the opportunity to define the design vision and strategy, oversee the creation of wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership. Profile: - Zerohash is seeking a visionary and hands-on Head, Product Design to lead our design function and define the user experience for the next generation of financial services - You must be comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where you are both a strategic architect and an active contributor to our growing platform - 10+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or UX leadership within a software development environment (8+ years required for senior roles) - Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering, including a solid grasp of REST APIs, webhook messaging, and database mechanics - A world-class portfolio showcasing complex B2B or fintech digital products and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles - Prior experience in crypto, blockchain, fintech, or brokerage-as-a-service industries - Expert-level mastery of Figma and deep familiarity with project management tools like Jira - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts into clear, actionable tasks - A strong track record of managing design teams and scaling design processes in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
