Role Overview

Head of Product (hands-on, individual contributor, owner mindset)

Remote (US), full-time. You will work directly with the founders and own the operating and support functions needed to scale CareComply from current customer levels to supporting 10x growth.

What You’ll Do

Core responsibilities

• Onboard and ensure success of existing and new customers
• Tweak and improve the AI system to handle new edge cases
• Use AI and data tools to build repeatable, scalable processes across hundreds of facilities; identify operational bottlenecks
• Partner with clinical experts to translate healthcare/regulatory requirements into scalable systems
• Convert real-time customer insights into product improvements and operational processes
• Proactively improve internal operations, tackling the highest-priority opportunities and challenges

Secondary responsibilities

• Own zero-to-one initiatives for new products and services
• Support hiring and team building as the company grows

Who You Are

• Proven operator with 3–7 years experience across product management, operations, consulting, or high-growth startups (ideally early-stage)
• Extreme owner: acts end-to-end, embraces ambiguity, and drives execution without waiting to be told what to do
• Fluent with AI/data tools and excited to use them to build scalable processes
• Systems thinker who can turn messy manual workflows into repeatable, measurable processes
• Strong communicator comfortable working with customers, clinicians, and founders
• Healthcare / Medicare-Medicaid / post-acute care experience is a plus; strong curiosity to learn quickly is required
• Motivated by the founder path and experience scaling from ~$1M to $10M+ ARR

Compensation & Work Setup

• Remote (US)
• $160k–$250k + equity, compensation subject to experience/negotiation
