About the role

Join Addepar as the Head of Partner Solutions, where you will be responsible for architecting our delivery ecosystem and ensuring the success of our global partners. You will own partner-sourced revenue targets, define technical and operational requirements for external partners, and manage partner enablement and certification. Additionally, you will serve as the primary operational lead for Tier-1 global partnerships and act as the technical voice of the ecosystem. Key missions: As the Head of Partner Solutions, you will be responsible for architecting the delivery ecosystem for global partners, ensuring they have the technical mastery and operational structure to implement Addepar independently. You will own and deliver against a defined partner-sourced revenue target by leading co-sell strategy and joint business planning. Additionally, you will define the technical and operational requirements for external partners, architecting the "connective tissue" that allows them to act as a seamless extension of internal delivery teams. Profile: - ​​Ecosystem Expert: You have a deep background managing technical delivery partners for a high-growth platform - Influence & Negotiation: Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and win over executive stakeholders - Experience: 10+ years in Strategic Partnerships or Channel Management within the B2B SaaS or Fintech space - Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills- you can take a complex technical product and make it a must-have for a partner’s own success - Growth Mindset: A track record of taking a partnership program from idea to a predictable revenue engine - Fintech-Literate: You understand the complexity of institutional data, ownership structures, and the reporting needs of the world's most sophisticated investors - Travel: Ability to travel 20-30% to represent the company at industry events and lead face-to-face partner summits
