Head of Litigation & Legal Compliance

Role Overview

Head of Litigation & Legal Compliance will lead litigation and dispute resolution matters for a high-growth, international technology company. You will provide day-to-day legal support, build policies and processes, manage external legal service providers, and drive enterprise risk management and compliance projects.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

• Advise and provide strategic guidance on litigation, dispute resolution, and compliance matters.
• Manage and maintain relationships with external service providers, including law firms and consultants.
• Lead internal projects, trainings, and cross-functional efforts aligned with enterprise risk management objectives.

Requirements

• Active U.S. license to practice law.
• J.D. (or equivalent degree from an accredited law school).
• ~10+ years combined law firm and in-house experience in litigation and practical resolution of complex matters.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment; strong accountability, collaboration, and positive attitude.
• Exceptional communication skills (simplify complex issues, advocate for solutions, drive results).
• Strong independence and prioritization skills; able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and resolve complex problems.
