About the role

Role Overview

Head of Growth Marketing at Great Many. Own growth end-to-end across online and offline channels, from first impression to long-term retention (client for ~2 years). You’ll inherit existing work built in-house and evolve it with clear experimentation and measurable ownership.

Responsibilities

  • Own paid media strategy, budget, and execution:
    • Set testing agenda, brief creative needs, optimize current channels, and test new ones.
  • Own the conversion journey on the website:
    • Build and continuously improve landing pages, quizzes, and booking flows.
    • Determine what helps prospects move from interest to booking (including reassurance and PRP explanation content).
  • Own lead follow-up and phone-to-booking conversion:
    • Improve call response speed, call outcomes, and process when prospects don’t answer immediately.
  • Run the full lifecycle marketing engine:
    • Welcome series, pre-consultation nurture, post-first-treatment messaging, win-back for inactive leads, and referral-related digital messaging.
  • Own retention across the full journey:
    • Build engagement for the “long middle” between visits, both in-studio and outside it.
  • Own new studio launches:
    • Local search and Google Business Profile from day one, launch offers, and paid media targeted to each neighborhood.

Requirements

  • Startup experience and ability to bring strong operating discipline to growth.
  • Deep understanding of decision cycles where prospects may take a year or more before filling out a form.
  • Comfort with measurable growth mechanics such as ad management and lifecycle flows (with strong conversion focus across the funnel).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing/segmentation and how to differentiate solid processes from ones maintained by habit.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with Co-Founders, Engineers, People/Talent, and field teams. Brand, creative production, and partnerships remain with founders; measurable growth execution is your domain.
