Head of Growth Marketing

Role Overview

Lead end-to-end growth marketing efforts at Noah Medical, owning the demand generation strategy and integrated campaign execution. You’ll report to the VP of Marketing and build the demand engine that generates qualified pipeline for the direct sales team.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

• Own demand generation strategy and execute programs end-to-end to deliver qualified pipeline consistently to direct sales.
• Develop and run integrated campaigns across channels including:
  • Digital, email, content, and events
  • Full lifecycle: brief → launch → optimization → retrospective
• Track, analyze, and report performance of campaigns with a focus on:
  • Pipeline contribution and revenue impact
• Sales enablement: equip the sales team with tools and capabilities to win.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, ideally in medtech/health technology/healthcare.
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate complex clinical/technical concepts into clear messaging.
• Proven senior individual-contributor capability: drive programs independently, set priorities, and deliver results.
• Demonstrated experience owning demand generation and sales enablement initiatives with measurable pipeline/revenue impact.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and campaign analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Life Sciences or related; Master’s preferred.
• Willingness to travel 20–30%.
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and how marketing accelerates pipeline, deal velocity, and win rates.

• Advanced knowledge of healthcare/clinical marketing and messaging (implied by clinical/technical translation requirement).
