Responsibilities
- Lead upfront, high-level psychological discovery sessions with clients to align goals before design begins.

Requirements
- 10+ years designing $30M+ luxury residential properties from the ground up at world-class US architecture firms.
- Deep ability to translate human connection, community, and entertaining experiences into high-end spatial concepts.
- Technical mastery and strong leadership presence; humbly confident and people-first.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience or strong connection to New York/Greenwich/Hamptons and/or Miami/Palm Beach markets.
Workplace & Travel
- Workplace model: Remote with travel.
- Target hubs: New York/Greenwich/Hamptons and Miami/Palm Beach corridors.
- Travel: 10%–25% to visit sites, run client alignment sessions, and evaluate structural partners.
Compensation
- $175K–$300K total target compensation package (depending on experience).
