Head of Corporate Finance (m/f/d)

Role overview

As Head of Corporate Finance, you lead strategic corporate financing for roadsurfer, paving the way for future transactions (e.g., forward flow, term ABS). You own end-to-end execution of new debt financings and act as the trusted relationship owner with financing banks.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic corporate financing and the design of structured financing formats
• Independently execute new (debt) financings end to end (from term sheet to closing)
• Own and manage relationships with financing banks, including:
  • developing reporting standards
  • preparing and running Q&A sessions
  • representing roadsurfer credibly with banks and counterparts
• Own financing planning in close coordination with Fleet Strategy and Fleet Operations
• Partner with Data, Controlling, and business teams to improve:
  • core reporting reliability
  • data quality gaps before they reach investors, banks, or the board
• Work directly with the CFO, CEO, and Director Finance on strategic corporate finance decisions

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, finance, or comparable field
• 8+ years of experience structuring and executing corporate financings (ideally asset financing) and/or corporate lending at a bank
• Demonstrated ownership/driving of data quality and reporting quality at scale
• Strong understanding and comfort with contractual, tax, economic, and accounting topics and complex financing structures
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities; fluent English required
