Role Overview

Haustechniker Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d) in full-time employment in Munich. You will be responsible for the smooth operation of building and technical installations at a centrally located assigned property.

Responsibilities

• Manage building and technical systems end-to-end and ensure smooth day-to-day operation
• Perform inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve faults
• Monitor the functionality of building services/technical installations and take appropriate action when deviations occur
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and agreed quality standards
• Support coordination of technical services and ongoing property management

Requirements

• Completed vocational training such as:
  • Systems installer (SHK) (m/w/d)
  • Electrical technician for energy and buildings (m/w/d)
  • Electrical operating technology (m/w/d)
  • Electrical installer (m/w/d)
• Relevant professional experience as a facilities technician / service technician for building technology / SHK installer / electrical operating technology technician
• Knowledge of technical building equipment (technical building services)
• Ideally experience with Building Management / Building Control Systems (GLT)
• Good MS Office skills and confident use of digital tools
• Service orientation, independent ownership, reliability
• Valid Class B driver’s license
