GTM Rev Ops Process Manager

Role overview

GTM Rev Ops Process Manager at Sophos (remote-first). You will design, scale, and optimize end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) processes that support Sales, SDR, and Marketing, translating business strategy into repeatable workflows and driving operational rigor across the revenue lifecycle.

Key missions / responsibilities

• Design, scale, and optimize end-to-end processes supporting the GTM engine across Sales, SDR, and Marketing.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to reduce friction, remove bottlenecks, and improve Sales & SDR revenue-generating potential.
• Partner with Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and Systems teams to:
  • Identify process gaps
  • Define business requirements
  • Implement scalable process solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, SDR Operations, Business Operations, or process/program management in a similar industry.
• Strong analytical skills using data to identify issues, measure impact, and support decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong understanding of CRM and GTM systems, including:
  • Salesforce
  • Outreach
  • ZoomInfo
  • Power BI
  • Lean Data
• Experience working in matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority.
• Ability to operate strategically and drive detailed execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience designing and improving cross-functional processes across the GTM lifecycle, with focus on Lead to Opportunity.
• Ability to convert ambiguous business needs into structured requirements, process maps, and executable plans.
