GTM Recruiter

Role Overview

As a GTM Recruiter at Roboflow, you will own recruiting for the company’s go-to-market (GTM) functions, helping the business attract and close top talent in AI and developer tools.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success metrics, and interview scorecards for GTM hires
• Source, screen, and guide candidates through the end-to-end interview process
• Design high-signal interview loops and ensure candidate experiences are fast, fair, and delightful
• Build talent pipelines for current and future GTM roles (with a focus on quality and velocity)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Leadership to forecast hiring needs and timelines
• Track market trends for go-to-market talent in AI and developer tools
• Advise leaders on hiring strategy, candidate calibration, compensation benchmarks, and talent market dynamics
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional candidates early

Requirements / What We’re Looking For

• You like to own outcomes, not just inputs, and are motivated by responsibility and accountability
• Strong ability to define what “great” looks like across GTM functions (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, Growth Marketing, Partnerships)
• Evidence of building scalable recruiting systems and high-quality candidate experiences
• You view hiring as a high-leverage activity and can partner with leaders to improve hiring decisions
• You are less focused on years of experience and more focused on impact delivered

• Familiarity with hiring for AI and developer tools / understanding GTM talent dynamics in these markets
