GTM Recruiter (Contract to Perm)

Role Overview

Join Talkiatry as a GTM Recruiter (Contract to Perm) in a full-remote role. You’ll run full life-cycle recruiting for the Strategic Partnerships team, partnering with hiring teams and using data to improve talent attraction strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full life-cycle recruiting from outreach to offer for Strategic Partnerships roles
• Proactively source and engage talent (creative outreach beyond inbound applications)
• Collaborate with hiring teams to understand goals, challenges, and the talent needed to help teams thrive
• Use data to refine talent attraction strategies
• Deliver a strong candidate experience: keep candidates informed, respected, and engaged throughout the process

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience
• Preferably experience aligned with GTM, sales, business development, or other client-facing recruiting
• Strong ability to build trust with hiring managers and leaders (trusted advisor mindset)
• Proactive sourcing and engagement skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities and processes evolve
• Organized, curious, and data-driven, able to ramp up quickly
• Able to work 35+ hours/week and is seeking a long-term commitment despite the initial contract
