GTM Operations Manager

Role Overview

Cortex is hiring a GTM Operations Manager (reports to the Director of GTM Operations) to drive efficiency, data integrity, and process rigor across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. You’ll optimize the systems and analytics that power the full revenue lifecycle and ensure smooth execution of GTM campaigns, pipeline management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the GTM technology stack and implement tools to improve operations across marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and reporting
• Develop and optimize GTM workflows/processes to streamline execution and improve cross-functional efficiency
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to establish lead and pipeline management processes for seamless funnel flow
• Monitor and analyze GTM performance metrics and deliver actionable insights across the revenue funnel
• Own GTM data and analytics, including data hygiene, segmentation, and reporting across systems
• Coordinate cross-functional execution for campaigns, pipeline reviews, forecasting support, and reporting cadences

Requirements

• 5+ years (or BS in Business/Marketing or related field preferred) in B2B SaaS
• Experience with GTM systems including:
  • sales engagement platforms
  • data enrichment
  • lead/account routing
  • web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • reporting/BI tools
• Strong organizational agility and ability to drive projects end-to-end in a geographically dispersed team
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
