About the role

Role Overview

You’ll be the GTM Engineer and product owner for infrastructure that drives growth. You will partner across product, data, engineering, and GTM to build and ship the revenue engine, with enough autonomy to architect your own systems.

Key Missions

  • Own infrastructure that identifies restaurant owners, understands their intent, delivers the right message at the right time, moves them to trials, and converts demand into ARR.
  • Build and improve:
    • billing systems
    • CPQ (configure/price/quote) flows
    • Salesforce synchronizations
    • RevOps integrations
    • data stacks
    • lifecycle marketing engines
    • internal communication flows
  • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, RevOps, sales, marketing, partnerships, finance, and launch teams to connect:
    • lead generation → qualification → tracking → billing → purchase → integration into one coherent system.

Requirements

  • Clear written and verbal communication to drive clarity and alignment.
  • Strong product sense and opinions on what will succeed.
  • Deep customer empathy and ability to perform research to uncover real needs.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity with clear goal definition and independence.
  • Ability to understand product high-level architecture and discuss scope/tradeoffs with engineers.
  • 4+ years experience across product management, engineering, and GTM (ideally 1–2 years as a software engineer/builder).
  • Strong data fluency to gather and integrate quantitative/qualitative data.
  • Track record of shipping software that made a customer impact.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience integrating revenue/RevOps workflows and tooling (implied by CPQ, Salesforce, lifecycle engines, and communication flows).
