About the role
Role: Growth Product Manager (OBRIO)
Work on growth and subscription funnel strategy for Nebula, a top brand in the spiritual niche.
Responsibilities
- Develop positioning strategies for subscription web funnels.
- Partner closely with Marketing to understand audience, market dynamics, and engagement channels for different user segments.
- Collaborate with the Lead Product Manager and a team of Growth Product Managers; work within cross-functional pods (Frontend/Backend, UX/UI, UX writers, QA, plus Marketing & Analytics specialists).
- Own and iterate on the product cycle:
- Collect team insights and align with company strategy.
- Formulate, test, and validate hypotheses to improve key metrics for subscription monetization.
- Manage budgets and timelines for product development.
- Maintain the product roadmap (short- and long-term goals) for Nebula.
- Track competition and market changes, and communicate bottlenecks in a timely manner.
- Continuously find new business growth opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of commercial experience in a similar role (open to Junior/Middle/Senior candidates).
- Practical experience with monetization models and generating ideas.
- A/B testing experience.
- Hands-on analytics experience with platforms such as Amplitude/Heap/Mixpanel or GA4, plus Tableau.
- Strong understanding of product metrics and improving them via hypotheses.
- Knowledge of statistics/probability and statistical significance.
- Ability to adapt to changing conditions; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Managing 3+ projects simultaneously (explicitly noted for Junior-level candidates).
