About the role
Role Overview
Growth Product Manager (part-time, remote) at Klyft. You’ll own and refine the product roadmap to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention, with a focus on the Arc Score experience and related supporting features.
Responsibilities
- Define and iterate the growth-focused product roadmap tied to clear outcomes.
- Identify growth opportunities using data analysis.
- Develop, test, and run hypotheses and experiments to improve key metrics.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver initiatives.
- Translate user and market insights into clear product requirements.
- Apply design thinking to shape intuitive, user-centered experiences.
- Coordinate and measure growth campaigns across digital channels.
- Monitor performance, report results from experiments, and iterate strategies aligned to Klyft’s mission and long-term vision.
Requirements
- Product strategy and planning skills, including Product Road Mapping and outcome-driven Product Management.
- Growth experience (e.g., Growth Hacking/Growth Marketing) and proven ability to design and run experiments improving acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Human-centered problem solving with Design Thinking; ability to turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration in a remote, digital-first environment.
- Strong analytics skills, including comfort with product analytics, A/B testing, and interpreting quantitative/qualitative data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to articulate decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Background in consumer technology, health tech, or related fields.
- Familiarity with wearable ecosystems and data-driven personalization.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent practical experience).
