Growth Product Designer

Role overview

As a Growth Product Designer at Solace, you’ll own the design of the acquisition funnel and create experiences that improve conversion. You’ll collaborate across product, marketing, and data to turn insights into fast, iterative design decisions.

Key missions

• Design and optimize the end-to-end acquisition funnel, translating complex healthcare concepts into clear and compelling user experiences.
• Rapidly generate, test, and iterate on concepts using data, user behavior, and experimentation.
• Find friction points and drop-offs across the funnel, propose solutions, and balance speed vs. design craft.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to partner effectively with product and engineering.
• Excellent craft and attention to detail.
• Bias toward action: you stay engaged by sketching, iterating flows, and polishing designs.
• Comfort working in ambiguity.
• An online portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Fluency in Figma.
• Strong intuition for what drives delightful, consumer-oriented experiences.
• Appreciation for high-quality details—design quality should be felt, not just noticed.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience designing consumer web products for desktop and mobile.

Nice-to-haves
