Role: Growth Marketing

Build the systems that power Roboflow’s growth engine by partnering with engineering and product and leveraging AI to scale acquisition and activation.

What you’ll do

• Build AI Automations: Create AI-driven workflows to automate lead qualification, content distribution, and personalized outreach (using LLMs to move faster).
• Own the Website as a Product: Drive performance via experiments and conversion-path optimization to make roboflow.com a high-converting machine.
• GTM Engineering: Connect marketing ideas to technical execution (APIs, webhooks, custom scrapers) to integrate tools and campaigns.
• Lifecycle Marketing: Design end-to-end journeys using email flows, in-app triggers, and retention loops to convert first-time users into power users and advocates.
• Analytics & Integrations: Maintain visibility across the funnel from first touch to closed-won; identify opportunities across channels to increase leads, pipeline, and revenue.
• Be a Generalist: Ship across automation, programmatic SEO/product launch growth, and other growth initiatives as needed.

Who you are

• Technical generalist: Able to ship and navigate a modern tech stack; you build tools yourself.
• Automation obsessed: Strong with tools like Zapier, Clay, and the OpenAI API.
• Data-driven: Proven analytics experience (e.g., PostHog, Segment, Hex) and comfort measuring results.
• Growth mindset: Run experiments, iterate quickly, and stop/kill projects based on performance.
• Product-minded: Understand developers and B2B marketing; deliver helpful, technical value.

Collaboration

Work closely with the Marketing Lead, co-founders, and teams across the company.
