Growth Marketing Manager (Foundry)

Join Instructure’s Foundry division as a Growth Marketing Manager. Own end-to-end growth marketing for new AI-built products, from positioning and demand generation through the full funnel to renewal.

Key Responsibilities

• Positioning & messaging:
  • Craft value propositions, naming, and packaging inputs for novel products customers have not seen before
  • Maintain messaging frameworks by segment across K12, higher education, and business & government
• Go-to-market & launches:
  • Own go-to-market readiness for pilots, early access, and general availability
  • Define timelines, channels, and provide input on pricing and launch assets
• Demand generation:
  • Generate pipeline via campaigns, audience building, early-access recruiting
  • Lead top-of-funnel efforts that feed the Founder’s selling and support conversion through the funnel

Requirements

• 5+ years in product, portfolio, or growth marketing (ideally ed tech or related) with experience launching new products
• Strong writing with a portfolio of strategic content and collateral
• Full-stack growth marketing mindset (product marketing, demand generation, content, and lifecycle) to drive pipeline and revenue
• Ability to influence executive and cross-functional teams and present to groups virtually and in person
• Demonstrated demand-generation experience (campaigns, funnel, audience building)
• Ability to drive and execute go-to-market strategy and end-to-end product launch execution

Nice-to-Haves

• Direct experience marketing AI-built products and shaping messaging from ground up (implied by “products customers have never heard of” and building strategy from scratch)
