About the role
Role Overview
Growth Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS) — Remote (Anywhere in the world). You will own the strategy and execution behind integrated marketing campaigns that fuel the company’s pipeline, leading full-funnel initiatives and ensuring cohesive messaging and performance across channels.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Build full-funnel strategies for major launches (webinars, in-person events, eBooks, reports)
- Define target audiences, messaging, channel mix, goals, and success metrics
- Create campaign plans and timelines aligned with growth and revenue priorities
- Integrated Activation
- Lead cross-channel execution across email, paid media, social, and web
- Write/produce creative briefs and coordinate with design, copy, video, paid, and email teams
- Ensure campaigns have cohesive messaging, strong creative, and clear CTAs
- Performance & Optimization
- Monitor performance and diagnose what’s working/not working and why
- Optimize live campaigns (messaging, audience, UX, offers, and funnel flow)
- Develop testing plans and share insights to improve results continuously
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Manage internal contributors and contractors to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Step in to execute when needed (high ownership, no ego)
12-Month Success Indicators
- Launch 6–8 major campaigns that generate a measurable pipeline
- Improve conversion rates across key funnel stages
- Build a campaign playbook and establish a reporting cadence
Requirements
- Advanced spoken and written English proficiency required.
