Role Overview

As Growth Marketing Lead at AxisOS, you’ll help drive demand and growth for an AI platform used by marketing agencies. You’ll shape go-to-market execution, experiment with channels, and translate learnings into repeatable campaigns.

Responsibilities

Own and execute growth marketing strategy to drive pipeline and customer momentum.
Plan, launch, and iterate on marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., paid, email, and content-led efforts).
Use data to measure performance and optimize conversion and engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with product/agency needs.
Develop and run experiments to improve acquisition and retention outcomes.

Requirements

Proven experience leading growth marketing efforts and managing end-to-end campaign execution.
Strong analytical skills and comfort using performance metrics to guide decisions.
Ability to ship quickly and refine based on feedback and results.

Nice-to-haves

Experience marketing AI or B2B software products to agencies or marketing teams.
Familiarity with multi-channel growth (paid acquisition, email, and content).
