About the role
Role Overview
You will join Reedsy as a Growth Marketing Intern to help grow Reedsy’s network of professionals. The focus is on building relationships, optimizing conversion, and supporting outreach and onboarding.
Key Missions
- Assist Community Managers in executing the current prospecting strategy, including:
- Lead generation
- A/B testing
- Email campaigns
- Develop new growth avenues for acquiring freelancers/professionals.
- Improve processes and conversion performance.
- Review applications and select professionals that match predefined criteria.
- Support onboarding of newly selected professionals.
Employment Details
- Remote, full-time role for 6 months
- Salary range: £14k–£26k
