Growth Marketing Channel Manager

Role Overview

Growth Marketing Channel Manager at OnePay (ONE). You will drive customer acquisition by managing and optimizing paid social campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and Google, scaling efficient growth through continuous testing and performance analysis.

Key Missions

• Own the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and Google (budgets, targeting, bidding strategies).
• Run high-volume creative testing with the Social and Creative teams, iterating quickly and scaling top-performing ads.
• Analyze campaign performance and take decisive actions: scale winners and optimize or pause underperforming campaigns.
• Improve outcomes through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including analytics, product, and creative.
• Collaborate to enhance tracking and campaign performance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns across Paid Social and Google platforms.
• Proven ability to run structured creative testing and translate learnings into scalable growth strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with optimization toward CPA, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
• Cross-functional experience working with analytics, product, and creative teams.
• AI fluency in daily workflows.
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing / paid social / growth marketing in a B2C or fintech environment.
