Role Overview

Growth Manager (Remote) to drive scalable growth initiatives across a platform, optimizing user acquisition channels and improving key growth metrics.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies to improve user acquisition, retention, and monetization
Analyze platform metrics and user behavior to find optimization opportunities
Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives
Manage paid acquisition campaigns and optimize spend across digital channels
Track KPIs and report growth performance to stakeholders regularly

Requirements

Experience in growth marketing or user acquisition with a proven track record
Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL and Google Analytics (or similar)
Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
Strong project management and prioritization skills
Knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, and social media
