Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Analyze platform metrics and user behavior to identify optimization opportunities.
• Partner with product, marketing, and engineering teams to implement growth initiatives.
• Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns and ad spend across digital channels.
• Track KPIs and report growth performance to stakeholders regularly.

Requirements

• Experience in growth marketing or user acquisition with a proven track record.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL and Google Analytics (or similar).
• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize initiatives.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, and social media.
