Growth Manager, PLG, Community & Lead Generation

Role Overview

Growth Manager, PLG, Community & Lead Generation at Forest Admin. You will drive growth across multiple channels, build a community, and generate leads—working closely with the CRO, Head of Marketing, GTM Lead, and senior freelancers.

Key Missions

• Distribute Forest’s MCP Server and Skills across multiple channels
• Design the PLG flywheel and measure conversion rates
• Generate leads and support the sales pipeline by:
  • building attribution tracking
  • creating lead magnets
• Launch and grow presence on Twitter/X and engage with the fintech/compliance/AI ecosystem
• Build the CRO’s personal brand (community + messaging)
• Execute campaigns on Product Hunt and HackerNews (and other communities like Reddit)

Requirements (Non-negotiables)

• Native understanding of MCP and the AI agent ecosystem (e.g., Claude, GPT, Dust, n8n, Cursor)
• Proven ability to build and grow a community from scratch (e.g., Discord, Slack, Twitter/X)
• Native on Twitter/X with strong relationship-building and conversation skills
• Track record launching and running Product Hunt, HackerNews, and Reddit campaigns
• Ability to create content quickly: threads, short videos, memes, hot takes, demos
• Strong data-driven growth skills:
  • track MQLs per channel
  • manage attribution, CAC, and conversion rates
• EU-based
• English native or near-native (French appreciated)

• Ex-DevRel or community builder from developer-tools companies (e.g., Vercel, Supabase, Prisma, Linear, Loom)
• Ex-growth at fintech/regtech (e.g., ComplyAdvantage, Sardine, Swan, Qonto, Alan)
• Ex-PLG growth manager with distribution experience across marketplaces/directories
• Ex–Head of Community at a product-led startup that reached Product Hunt #1
