Growth Lead

Role Overview

Growth Lead (remote, USA) to own and execute Jack’s growth strategy across influencer marketing, performance marketing, organic content, and new customer acquisition channels. You’ll work directly with the founder, taking over existing initiatives and launching new acquisition programs.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy across influencer marketing, performance marketing, and organic content
• Take ownership of initiatives currently managed by the founder and contractors
• Design, launch, test, and scale new customer acquisition channels and campaigns
• Run growth experiments end-to-end: concept → execution → analysis → iteration
• Drive measurable outcomes across customer acquisition, revenue, and overall business performance
• Partner with the founder as Jack expands into new AI-powered product categories
• Track and report campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and growth metrics
• Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

• 2–6 years experience in marketing, growth, or customer acquisition
• Proven track record delivering measurable growth and business results
• Ability to independently identify opportunities and execute solutions
• Experience owning initiatives from strategy through measurement and optimization
• Hands-on operator mindset in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
• Strong analytical approach to metrics, experimentation, and performance
• Ability to quickly adopt new channels, tools, and growth tactics
• Passion for AI products and emerging technologies

Nice to Have

• Experience as a founding marketer / first marketing hire
• Experience across paid acquisition, influencer marketing, consumer/prosumer growth
• Exposure to generative AI and/or both B2B and B2C audiences
