Growth Lead, Mobile Games

Role overview

Hands-on Growth Lead (Mobile Games) for Voidpet Dungeon. Own growth end-to-end, from discovery and trial to retention, by identifying constraints, running experiments, and scaling what works into repeatable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy across:
  • Paid user acquisition
  • Creative testing
  • App-store conversion
• Improve profitability and user growth for Voidpet Dungeon.
• Manage and optimize campaigns on Meta, AppLovin, Google, and TikTok.
• Partner with artists/editors/contractors to develop and test new creative concepts.
• Optimize store presence: App Store / Google Play positioning, screenshots, trailers, and conversion.
• Explore and test additional channels including creators, influencers, organic content, partnerships, referrals, and reactivation.
• Analyze performance using campaign and cohort analysis to decide where to invest.
• Build the growth playbook for future Voidpet games.
• Work directly with founders with significant ownership over experiments.

Requirements

• Experience growing a consumer mobile product.
• Track record of personally running experiments that drove meaningful growth.
• Strong understanding of mobile UA, creative testing, attribution, and unit economics.
• Good creative judgment and the ability to explain why ads/store concepts may work.
• Comfortable moving between strategy, analysis, and execution.
• Ability to operate independently in a small remote team.
• Curiosity about channels beyond paid acquisition.
• Interest in using AI to research, create, analyze, and speed up iteration.

Compensation

• $120k–$160k
